Scarlet Lancer, Guardian of the Ruby Dragonshrine

The first character design in a series of art inspired by the announcement of the Dragonflight expansion for World of Warcraft.
This one is dedicated to the red dragonflight. I really liked some elements of Alexstrasza's new outfit, so a lot of the details of this look are related to this.
I also associate red dragons quite strongly with blood elves / high elves, so I decided to take some of their appearance (except for the eyes and ears, which are more inspired by the new Dracthyr race)
